Shipping Policy – W.Y.P.N.
1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays in Germany). You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times Shipping is free of charge. All product prices include VAT and standard shipping costs—no additional charges will be applied at checkout.

3. Shipping Providers Orders are shipped using reliable EU-based delivery services through our logistics partner. The selected carrier may vary depending on destination and product type, ensuring optimal delivery times.
4. Tracking Your Order Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available for your delivery region).
5. Returns and Withdrawal You have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving them, in accordance with § 355 BGB (German Civil Code). Return requests must be submitted through our official ReturnGO portal.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. Return shipping must be arranged using a courier that supports international delivery with tracking. We recommend choosing a reliable shipping provider, as we cannot issue a refund for items not received at our fulfillment center.
Important: The return address will be provided via the ReturnGO portal once your return request is approved. Please do not send products back without prior authorization.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item (or the expected delivery date in case of loss). We will assist you in resolving the issue with our logistics partner.
