Return and Refund Policy – W.Y.P.N.


Right of Withdrawal

You have the legal right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly notify us (by email or postal mail) at:

You may use our model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.


Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you (including standard shipping costs) without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision. We will use the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having returned them, whichever is earlier.


Return Procedure via ReturnGO

All returns must be submitted exclusively through our ReturnGO portal, which ensures a secure and efficient return process, fully compliant with EU regulations.

To initiate a return:

  1. Visit our Return PortalReturn & Refund Portal

  2. Complete the return request form

  3. Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions and the correct return address, both via email and directly in the ReturnGO portal

Important: Do not send any products back without submitting a return request through ReturnGO. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order

  • If your item is damaged or defective, please report it within 5 days of delivery via the ReturnGO portal

  • Returns must be shipped back using a trackable international courier service (e.g., DHL, UPS). We cannot issue refunds for lost return shipments

Shipping Costs:
By default, the customer covers the return shipping costs. However, thanks to our integrated ReturnGO SafeGuard system, you may be eligible for alternative options such as:

  • Free return label (in selected cases)

  • Partial compensation for shipping costs

  • Option to keep the item and still receive a refund or store credit, depending on product value and condition

All available options will be presented during your return request, both in the ReturnGO portal and via confirmation email.


SafeGuard by ReturnGO (Optional Protection)

W.Y.P.N. offers optional SafeGuard services via ReturnGO, providing you with smarter, more flexible return solutions:

  • Bonus Store Credit: Receive a bonus if you choose store credit instead of a monetary refund

  • Keep the Item: For certain low-value products, you may be offered to keep the item and still receive partial compensation

  • Instant Instructions: All return details (approval, address, refund method) are automatically sent to your email and portal account

  • Abuse Protection: Our system detects and prevents fraudulent or abusive return behavior, ensuring a fair process for all customers

These options will be offered to you automatically, if eligible, during the return process.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the result via email and portal. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, the funds may take a few extra days to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please submit a return request for the current item and place a new order.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Items must be unused and in their original condition.


Shipping Times

Orders are fulfilled and shipped within  3 - 5 business days from our EU-based warehouse. Delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method.
